Julia Woodford has spent her career focusing on helping clients build lives on a foundation of greater kindness, authenticity, and togetherness. Her clients can expect to collaborate on building plans to be kinder to themselves, practice communication strategies to ensure they are heard, and have space to be the most honest version of themselves without judgement. They will find Julia can make meaningful connections to further intra- and interpersonal understanding. They will gain better understanding of somatic experiences influenced by their psyche. Clients will, above all else, find that with Julia, they are heard, seen, and unconditionally valued. While counseling can often be challenging and uncomfortable, with Julia clients can build opportunities for joy, levity, and loveliness.

Julia has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Arizona State University, as well as additional training from the University of New Mexico. She has worked with individuals, families, couples, and groups.
